Hi, I’m Siusan, Founder of Be Holistically Happi

I’ve always been passionate about helping others, but it wasn’t until I found myself at a crossroads in my own health that I truly understood the power of reinvention. Like many women, I entered menopause unsure of what to expect. I felt stuck, frustrated, and tired of hearing, “This is just the way it is as you age.” But deep down, I knew there had to be more.

Through trial, error, and a lot of self-discovery, I learned how to listen to my body and give it what it truly needed. I changed the way I ate, moved, and thought about health—not for a quick fix, but for long-term vitality. This wasn’t just about weight or physical appearance. It was about mindset, habits, and living a life that excited me.

That’s why I started Be Holistically Happi. My mission is to share what I’ve learned with women navigating midlife, so they can feel empowered, not defeated. Together, we can redefine health and happiness—not as something we strive for, but as something we align with every day.

Why I Love What I Do

Health is about more than just longevity; it’s about how we show up for ourselves in every area of life. I love helping women take their health into their own hands by giving them the knowledge they need to make informed choices. Knowledge is power, and it’s my joy to share that power so you can create a life that feels aligned with your “why.”

For me, health is a whole-body experience. It’s about so much more than weight or fitness routines. It’s about stepping out of our comfort zones, saying “yes” to the things that light us up, and learning to say “no” to what no longer serves us. It’s about finding balance and showing up for ourselves unapologetically.

And nothing inspires me more than seeing women support each other, lifting each other up without competition. That sense of community, connection, and empowerment is what fuels my work.

I was tired of hearing “ It’s because you are getting older, this is the way it is now, you just have to accept it.” My mom died when she was 52. She had just entered menopause before that so I didn’t get to see what role menopause played in a woman’s life. To me it signaled death, the end. But going through my own experience I thought there has got to be a better way to deal with this than just acceptance. So I took my power back and that was the beginning of Be Holistically Happi. I owed it to my mom, my family and myself to live my best life on my terms.

I understand how overwhelming a health journey can feel because I’ve been through it myself. That’s why I’m passionate about helping women who feel stuck during menopause and need guidance to move forward. I believe menopause is not something to fear but a powerful opportunity for reinvention. My goal is to help you reconnect with your purpose, rediscover your passions, and prioritize your health like never before.
